Urban Oddity specialises in providing Drafting Services for Architects, Building Designers, Builders, Real Estate Marketing and Private Clients. We are based on the Gold Coast, and service Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, and South East Queensland.
Many years working on the Gold Coast, has allowed for extensive experience in the residential drafting and design field for numerous Gold Coast Builders and Individuals.
We provide Design and Advice for anything from new custom designed houses, to residential renovations and/or extensions, small office fit-outs to marketing floor plans (artist style floor plans for promos/brochures/real estate sales etc.) all ready for Council Approval and Construction, where needed.
No matter how big or small the job, we are always willing to help.
Urban Oddity are able to produce drawings to help explain and communicate the elements of the design and architectural documentation to assist in obtaining a Building Permit and can achieve your requirements for both 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D (Autodesk Revit) documentation.
